CCD project - 2000 October 28
I met Roger Lively at Savage. The skies were clear all night, but the wind was
howling out of the north. Although we were well dressed for the cold, the
telescope was being blown around, even without a dew shield. Most of our
images came out with smeared stars, even though we kept exposure times to only
30 or 60 seconds. We would start the exposure, and then just hope that the
gusts wouldn't come. A few images came out okay.
