Dear NOVAC Members,
NOVACs volunteers and their guests are gathering for a recognition event at the David M Brown Planetarium in Arlington this Saturday, Jan 20th. The recognition event includes a viewing of EXPLORE, a full dome video about human travel to Mars and the science behind how this travel dream is becoming possible including easy to understand and follow full dome video explanations of planetary motion and orbital maneuvers. This movie was released a few months ago and the David M Brown Planetarium is one of the first to have it available for showing. A short reception in the adjacent Arlington Public Schools building will take place between the two showings.
There are seats still available. If you and a guest would like to attend the remaining seats are available to all NOVAC members. The remaining seats will be distributed in order of requests from members. To request your seat do the following:

I wish to attend the NOVAC Volunteer Recognition at the David M Brown Planetarium on Saturday Jan 20th. I would prefer the 3PM / 4:30 PM / either showing of the EXPLORE full dome video. I would like to bring a guest.
