NOVAC members have access to C.M. Crockett Park after public hours during designated timeframes for personal observing sessions. These designated timeframes are defined as one week before and one week after the New Moon.

Key site guidelines
 
• No camping.
• Parking on the field is allowed when conditions are dry and firm.
• Observing during designated timeframes does not require additional authorization or permission.
• Observing outside the designated timeframe or on dates other than listed Public Events requires coordination.
   Contact Scott Maile 48 to 72 hours prior to the desired observing time.
• Please complete the Log Book located in the drop‑box attached to the Ranger Station (entrance gate, exit‑lane side).
